Low Testosterone in Men
Many men begin experiencing symptoms of hormone decline in their 30s and 40s even though the drop in testosterone is gradual. Over time, the changes can accumulate until you’re left feeling tired, unmotivated, and out of balance. Recognizing the signs is important, but labs plus a clinical evaluation are what confirm if TRT is right for you.
TRT/HRT in numbers
Hormone optimization isn’t hype; it’s measurable, sustainable, and life-changing.
Understanding TRT
You might be experiencing low T if you’re noticing:
- Persistent fatigue, reduced stamina, or feeling flat
- Loss of muscle mass, increased body fat, or difficulty changing body composition
- Decreased libido, erectile challenges, or diminished sexual performance
- Mood swings, irritability, or poor focus
- Sleep disturbances (poor sleep, frequent waking)
- Cognitive fog, memory slips, or decreased mental clarity
- Changes in bone health, energy, or metabolic markers over time
TRT is a medical treatment that restores your testosterone into a healthy, functional range under supervision. Rather than simply masking symptoms, it aims to re-establish hormonal balance so your body can function optimally. With TRT, the goal is improved energy, strength, mood, and sexual health.
- Increased Energy & Vitality: Many men experience more stamina and less fatigue.
- Improved Body Composition: Enhanced muscle tone, better fat loss, and quicker recovery.
- Better Libido & Performance: Restores sexual desire and function.
- Mood & Cognition: Stabilizes mood, sharpens focus, and reduces brain fog.
Bone & Cardiovascular Support: Healthy testosterone supports bone density and metabolic health when monitored properly
Discover the New You with 3 Easy Steps

Step 1
Initial Consultation & Comprehensive Labs
Your journey begins with a 60-minute intake (in-person or telemedicine) to review your medical history, symptoms, and goals. We order a full baseline lab panel that includes hormone testing metabolic and basic health screening, thyroid studies and other markers needed to build a safe, effective plan.

Step 2
Lab Review & Personalized Treatment Plan
At your second visit (60–90 minutes) we review your results together and design a customized TRT plan based on your labs and goals. Typical treatment includes injectable testosterone and, if needed, an aromatase inhibitor to control estrogen. This visit produces a clear, individualized roadmap for therapy, dosing, and short-term expectations.

Step 3
Ongoing Care, Monitoring & Optimization
We monitor your progress closely with follow-ups every 2 months for the first 4 months, then every 4 months once you’re stable. For patients who remain well-controlled, there is an option to transition to semi-annual blood work and visits at a reduced rate. Our holistic approach combines targeted hormone care with lifestyle guidance so your treatment is safe, data-driven, and sustainable.
What to expecet
Early on, you may notice improvements in energy, mood, and libido within a few weeks. Over time (3 to 6 months), strength, body composition, and endurance often improve. Throughout this process, lab monitoring ensures your levels are optimized and side effects are managed before they become problematic.
What’s Included in Your TRT Plan
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consec tetur adipis cing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullam corper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
Personalized Treatment Plan
Your therapy is fully customized to your lab results, goals, and overall health. Typical treatment includes bioidentical injectable testosterone and, when indicated, an aromatase inhibitor to help maintain optimal estrogen balance.
Comprehensive Blood Work
Regular lab testing evaluates your hormone levels, blood counts, metabolic and thyroid function, and key nutrient markers. This ongoing monitoring ensures your treatment remains safe, balanced, and effective over time.
Routine Doctor Visits
You’ll meet with your physician regularly to assess progress, fine-tune your dosing, and address any questions or concerns. Most follow-ups are conducted conveniently via telemedicine, with in-person visits as needed.

Membership & Follow-Up Fees
Once you begin treatment, you’ll transition into the membership plan. For TRT:$200/month covers all ongoing care, labs, medication, supplies, and regular follow-up visits. For patients who have stabilized and require less frequent monitoring, the membership may drop to $150/month.
Laboratory monitoring, dose adjustments, and virtual visits during your membership are included as part of your care package.
Frequently Asked Questions
Many men report improved energy and libido within 2–4 weeks. Full benefits in strength, body composition, and cognition tend to take 3 to 6 months.
No, after guided instruction, injections can be self-administered. In-person visits are reserved for assessments or procedures.
Testosterone levels are typically rechecked every 2 to 4 months during the first year of treatment. After the first year, rechecks may occur every 6 months, though this can vary depending on individual factors.
Follow-up appointments are designed to be convenient and personalized. At least one week before your scheduled visit, you’ll complete your blood work at Labcorp or Quest Diagnostics so results are available in time for review. During your appointment, whether by video or in person, your doctor will go over your lab results, evaluate your progress, and adjust your treatment plan as needed to keep you on track toward your goals.
If you choose to move forward with treatment during your second visit, your doctor will review your personalized plan in detail and show you how to properly use and administer your medications. Your prescriptions will be ordered that same day, which officially begins your membership. Medications and supplies will then be shipped directly to your home for convenience and continuity of care.
Yes, TRT can suppress sperm production. If fathering children is a goal, we’ll discuss fertility-preserving options before starting.
Yes! When monitored with regular labs and adjusted appropriately, TRT is considered safe for many men.
When testosterone is prescribed and monitored correctly, side effects are uncommon and typically mild or short-lived. However, possible side effects may include acne, increased red blood cell count (erythrocytosis), mild fluid retention, or changes in mood or libido.
To minimize risk, we closely monitor your labs, symptoms, and overall balance every few months and adjust your dose as needed. Our goal is to help you feel your best while maintaining optimal hormone levels within a safe range.
Testosterone replacement therapy is designed to restore and maintain healthy hormone levels for long-term wellness and disease prevention. Many patients choose to stay on TRT indefinitely because the benefits such as improved energy, mood, libido, and metabolic health are maintained only while levels remain balanced.
That said, you are never “locked in.” Treatment can be paused or discontinued at any time under medical supervision, though symptoms of low testosterone may return once therapy stops.
If you stop treatment, your testosterone will gradually return to its prior baseline and symptoms may return. Transitions off should be managed in a controlled, monitored fashion.
